HOTEL BOOKING
Rooms can be booked by calling 0121-712-7601 and quoting "GRIFF GROWL" to obtain the preferential rates, which are £65 (double room B&B) and £55 (single room B&B). The hotel is modern and the rooms are big and clean, and the price includes breakfast and the use of the facilities (pool etc). This is the link to the web site for Ettington Chase:

Please ensure you get a booking reference when you book. If you book via their web site or a 3rd party web site you will be charged much more than the deal that has been negotiated - be warned. You will only pay when you check out - you are only reserving a room when you book. WEEKEND FORMAT
Friday - meet and greet from about 11:00.
Pub lunch (12 - whatever time we can get away with)
Evening - likely to be a curry run but will be confirmed later

Saturday - rolling road, traders - tbc, tyre kicking, noise competitions, treasure hunt, technical talks - tbc, general chit chat and tomfoolery. More to be added.
Evening - BBQ or meal somewhere - tbc

Sunday - recovery day, traders, rolling road, tyre kicking, goodbyes, wrap up around 16:00.

CURRY RUN INTO STRATFORD
We'll be doing the usual curry run into Stratford on Friday night, which has proved very popular and a great way to kick off the weekend so please book early.
Pick up at the White Horse pub 19:00 to arrive at the curry house for 19:30. Coming back will be 22:30 departure for arrival back at 23:00. The meal will 3 courses - mixed starters, any main meal and any nan or rice from the menu.

ROLLING ROAD
Crazy Horses Racing will again be running the rolling road for power runs on both Saturday and Sunday. Slots will be allocated in 20 minutes slugs on a first come first served basis from 08:30 both days finishing at 5pm Saturday and 4pm Sunday latest. There will probably be a chance to squeeze additional runs in over the weekend but this isn't guaranteed. Costs will be £35 each slot for which you will get a bhp/torque graphs and maybe some smart arse advice from Gary (at no extra charge). Cheque/cash payable to Crazy Horses on the day so if you book please let us know if you cancel so we can allocate slots to reserves. Bookings to Andrea (Mrs FFG) at the above e-mail address.
