1. What is the itinerary for the weekend?

Well the first arrivals are mid morning on the Friday and we go down the White Horse for lunch after a catch up chat and some cleaning.  The afternoon is more chatting and relaxing in preparation for the Friday night curry.  We meet in the White Horse again ( spotted a theme yet?) late afternoon/early evening and depart around 7pm when a pre-booked coach takes us to the curry house on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon.  Back to the pub for a night cap or 2 and off to bed.  Saturday is the main event day which has the most attendees, and all the traders will be in attendance.  We hope to have a rolling road for the Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday night is the BBQ with live band at, you guessed it, the White Horse.  There were nearly 150 people subscribed last year so get in early to avoid disappointment.

2. What needs to be booked in advance?

The curry and BBQ MUST be paid for in advance, the hotel is paid upon check out.
